Rates Through December 2010 

Winter Rates (Mid Dec- Mid March):

Two Nights - $1,000
Three Nights - $1,350 (add'l nights $300)
Week - $2,200

Spring & Late Fall Rates(After Labor day - Mid Dec, Late March - Mid June):

Two Nights - $600
Three Nights - $900 (add'l nights $300)
Week - $1,900

Summer Rates (Mid June through Labor Day Weekend)

Two Nights - $900
Three Nights - 1,200 (add'l nights $300)

Cleaning fee of $100 on all stays.

All Stays are subject to VA sales tax.

Add $150 for any single night stay.  Deposit of $500 per stay/week.   Returned after departure within 10 days.  Holiday weekends/weeks (MLK, Pres. day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor day, and Thanksgiving may be subject to increased rates and/or three night minimum. Call for Christmas/New Year's Eve rates. Local college and regional events may be subject to varied rates.

Full refunds will be made for cancellations 60 days prior to stay date, or re-booked before reserved dates.  Massanutten is a residential community and all renters are subject to rules of proper conduct.

Primary Leasee must be over 25 years of age!  This is not a party house!  All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit clearing and fully executed rental agreement.  

Deposit - Initial 50% due 90 days prior to stay Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to stay.  Stays reserved within 60 days of date require deposit, and stay fee up front. Check-in is 3:00PM, Check-out is 10:00AM.

Cliffhanger is absolutely a non-smoking home!

Pet Policy - Unfortunately, we do not allow pets of any kind in our home.

Payment methods - Personal or certified checks or Paypal.   Non cash payments have 3% premium for transaction.  Rental Agreement and Addendum - available upon request.
